The purpose of this research was to study the level of knowledge and understanding of the Computer Related Crime Act. B.E. 2550 (2007) among 202 information technology graduate students of private universities in Bangkok Metropolis. The instruments utilized in this research fall into two categories, questionnaire and testing, which examine students’ knowledge and understanding of Chapter 1 Computer- Related Offences and Chapter 2 Competent Officials of the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). The collected data were analyzed by software SPSS using the t-test and Chi-square for the percentage, mean, and standard deviations with a level of significance of 0.05 for the questionnaire, and analyzed by TAP software with the difficulty index and discrimination index for the quality of the test. The results from this research reveal that, (1) Most students have a moderate levels of knowledge and understanding about the Computer Crime Act B.E 2550, and the average of tests in Chapter 1. Computer-Related Offences is greater than the average in Chapter 2. Competent Officials, (2) Most students have never participated in training or seminars on the Computer Related Crime Act, (3) Most of the sample’s university courses do not include this Act, (4) Most students want a course that relates to this Act, and (5) The study found that the students learned most of their information and knowledge relating to this Act first from the website, followed by television.
